IT Business Analyst and Project Lead

You support Edelweiss IT's portfolio, acting as an ambassador within SWISS IT and collaborating with business units at SWISS, Edelweiss, and the Lufthansa Group.
In the broader context, you are part of the Digital Products and IT Portfolio department within SWISS IT.
Starting date : September 01,2024 or upon agreement
As a Business Analyst, you analyze system processes, identify and resolve anomalies in applications, and provide third-level support in coordination with providers for internal stakeholders.
As Project Leader, you initiate, analyze, and develop projects, ensuring successful implementation.
- Ensure coordination between second and third level support and provide third level support for Passenger Service IT systems in collaboration with providers and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as the point of contact for Application Operations at SWISS for IT systems shared with or supported by SWISS for Edelweiss IT
- Leading various kinds of IT changes and projects
- Development of strategies and solutions for business processes in cooperation with the relevant business unit and IT management
- Gather business requirements, create IT documents and transfer them into IT solutions in alignment with IT Security and IT Architecture teams
- Create test concepts and test cases and make sure they are used in testing
- Manage and control IT related invoices towards Edelweiss
