Project-Lead: integration and configuration of JIRA

For our client in the insurance industry, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with over 5 years of experience. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the integration and configuration of JIRA as the main ticketing tool for Group HR.

Your Tasks:

  • Lead and manage the project for transforming HRIS service and change management processes including their migration into an existing ITSM framework
  • Oversee the integration and configuration of JIRA as the primary ticketing tool for Group HR
  • Apply expert knowledge and best practices for Workday service and change management processes and JIRA customization
  • Support the adaptation of the governance framework as needed
  • Planning, controlling and reporting on the progress of the programme (e.g. scope, time, cost, quality, risks, deliverables)
  • Developing and improving the roadmap and workstream plans incl. resourcing and budget management
  • Prepare documents for the Steering Committee and the Group Management Board
  • Manage dependencies between different areas and the systems they use

Your Profile:

  • In depth knowledge of IT Service and Delivery Management
  • Senior-level proficiency with MS 365
  • Proven experience in portfolio and project management
  • Extensive experience with PMP and SCRUM methodologies, successfully applied in an operational environment for over 5 years
  • Experience in the financial industry in the field of HR and IT, knowledge of the insurance industry is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach
  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and a convincing manner with different stakeholder groups
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in both German and English
