Your tasks:

  • Analyzing and documenting existing processes and workflows, and proposing changes aligned with IT architectural updates
  • Writing features and user stories in collaboration with product owners, management, and business stakeholders
  • Translating business stories into technical tasks and specifications with technical stakeholders
  • Conducting interface analysis and specifications in coordination with IT stakeholders
  • Planning, executing, and tracking the implementation of stories and tasks, providing hands-on support
  • Testing, controlling, and documenting the implementation process, and aligning results with business stakeholders



Your experience/knowledge:

  • 8+ years of experience in the trading area as a process manager, product owner or a similar role, ideally working closely with traders on a trading floor
  • In-depth knowledge of one or more trading asset classes, including Equities, Equity Derivatives, Fixed Income, Interest Derivatives, and Structured Products
  • Proven experience in redesigning, implementing, and integrating trading, position, risk, and market-making systems on the trading floor, including experience with sales applications
  • Experience in managing backlogs, user stories, along with familiarity with agile methodologies, including knowledge of product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro
  • University degree in finance, economics, or a related field
  • Language skills: English - fluent, German - conversational
