With more than 33,000 employees, the company generated sales of CHF 11.2 billion in 2023.Job DescriptionESG Reporting processes, tool and network:Ensure efficient ESG data collection and reporting processes along with internal stakeholdersCoordinate and maintain the supporting guidelines, manuals and tools for the Sustainability & Operations Reporting communityReporting administration: onboarding of new companies, maintenance of the reporting network and associated tools and manuals, and internal communicationSupport and liaison with the regions/locals on their reporting requirements and training needsContribute to the enhancement and the development of monitoring tools (ie. energy initiative tracker, waste and water initiatives tracker)ESG data analysis and monitoring:Quality review, analysis of sustainability reporting and ensure timeliness with regards to reporting deadlinesSustainability KPI monitoring with interaction of regional and local teams for reasonable commentingTrack progress towards Sika’s sustainability strategy and goalsPrepare sustainability performance reports/status updates for Group Management and other relevant stakeholdersIdentify areas of opportunities and improvementsContribute to data analytics automation and process optimizationSupport Sika’s sustainability strategy, reporting and communication:Contribute to Sika’s sustainability reporting with regards to non-financial regulations and frameworks (CSRD, Taxonomy, TCFD, ISSB)Support the data collection and disclosure processes for external ratings and questionnaires (CDP, CSA, etc.)Contribute to Sika’s annual sustainability disclosures, including support on the non-financial assurance engagementEngage with internal/external stakeholders on various projects related to sustainabilityQualificationsRelevant educational qualifications, Master’s Degree preferred, in either finance, economics or sustainability managementMinimum 2 years working experience in the area of sustainability in business (consulting or sustainability analyst)A good understanding of sustainability topics related to business risks & opportunities together with knowledge of sustainability-related regulations, global standards and frameworksStrong project management and communication skillsAble to prioritize and operate under tight deadlinesAbility to work independently and proactively in cross-functional teamsExcellent oral and written communication skills in English, any other language is a plusAdditional InformationBuilding Trust every dayWe offer intensive training and interesting perspectives for anyone who wants to build a careerThe chance to bring new ideas, interesting areas for development, and taking responsibility early on are some of the key factors that drive Sika's pioneering spiritFriendly, personable and often surprisingly uncomplicated, that's how many of our employees describe their working relationships at Sika.
