With more than 16,000 employees, Merkle operates in 30+ countries throughout the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.For more information, visit . Job DescriptionHere are some of the exciting tasks awaiting you:Risk & Credit Management: You will be tasked with comprehending business line needs and converting them into innovative, value-added solutions.Solution Management: Oversee the management and upkeep of risk control solutions, actively contributing to the deployment of new versions.Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with users to define requirements, analyze and estimate them, draft functional specifications, and ensure their implementation using Agile methodologies.User Support: Provide robust support to Swiss-based and international users, addressing their operational requirements.Solution Reliability: Guarantee the reliability and availability of production solutions, including monitoring and resolving production incidents.Testing Coordination: Aid in coordinating testing phases with end users, ensuring smooth implementation and functionality.QualificationsA mix of the following is the person we are looking for:Minimum of three to five years as a business analyst within the banking sector.Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.Profound understanding of the banking industry, especially in risk management.Proven experience with Agile practices, particularly Scrum.Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to address problems.Fluency in French and English.Additional InformationWhy you should work with us?
