Launched in 2014, TimeVallée is a visionary multi-brand watch retail concept mixing heritage and contemporary luxury, offering clients access to the most prestigious watch Maisons together with a full ecosystem of services and experiences.
With 50 boutiques operated by strategic partners, TimeVallée is the only multi-brand with a global presence and its ambition is to keep expanding internationally in the coming years.
TimeVallée’s mission is to provide a complete turnkey solution: a strong concept to magnify the brands and the watchmaking craftsmanship, a customer-centric approach to maximize engagement and retention, cross-industry partnerships & unique experiences to boost client acquisition while always looking at excellence in execution.Reporting to the Chief Marketing and Digital Officer, you will be in charge of managing the marketing and client strategy of TimeVallée focused on brand building, value proposition and customer lifetime value.
You will be responsible for driving the retail marketing activations and deploying the new client services, partnerships and special activations to keep bringing value to TimeVallée brand and support the business performance.
You will provide support and guidance to our retail partners to be customer-centric and over perform in the market in terms of client engagement, retention and satisfaction.
You will work closely with the other departments and with the markets – especially China - but also with the different Maisons and our retail partners.Key responsibilitiesDefine and manage the global TimeVallée’s activation calendarSupport and drive the markets and the retailers through the implementation of their roadmap (guidelines, tools, training, etc.)Lead regular reviews with key stakeholders (Maisons, retailers, landlords, partnerships) to maximize overall collaboration and identify business opportunitiesDrive the 360 marketing implementation of TimeVallée campaigns, new client services (strap configurator, customer service, CPO, etc.) and partnershipsMonitor performance of both client & marketing KPIs and identify best practicesHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?You hold a bachelor’s or master’s Degree in a relevant fieldYou have at least 10 years of experience in client and retail marketing, ideally in luxuryYou are business and client oriented with strong interpersonal and leadership skillsYou have proven project management and planning skillsYou are positive, display a can-do attitude and have a strong ability to solve problemsYou are creative, can think out of the box to identify and design opportunities to make the brand stand out and engage with our clients Previous experience in a market or with a retailer is a plusYou are fluent in English (French is a plus)WHAT MAKES OUR GROUP DIFFERENT?
