Human by nature.Commercial Director - Taste & Wellbeing - Your future role?As a Commercial Director you will lead market’s commercial performance (sales and profitability), define and manage the growth strategy, develop the commercial team and transform business opportunities into successes while strengthening our leadership place in the market.You will be based in Zurich, and you will report to Regional Commercial Head Central Europe, Taste & Wellbeing.You will:Manage Commercial Team with full account and business management responsibility to protect and grow business in the marketBuild and implement a growth strategy for the market, coordinating the elaboration of strategic plans for key accountsLead and coordinate the activity of the Account Managers and support departments, creating a performing environment with motivated and talented individualsDevelop partnerships with key accounts, including relationships with senior level managementSet up pricing strategy and guidelines together with Pricing team and lead its execution in the market, support Customer Care in managing and optimizing Supply Chain; support Credit Management activitiesMonitor market and sales (including Indicators and budget), taking corrective actions to ensure sales goals are achievedEnsure access and knowledge about the latest innovation, capabilities, tools, consumer and market insights and cross regional industry and segment trends for the market, share and articulate market needs to Regional Innovation teamsManage the daily operation of the local entity together with the external partners, assuring compliance with all appropriate Givaudan and statutory regulatory guidelinesAbout You:Are you someone who wants to shape your own world?
