MainResponsibilities
Management of theAccounts: continuous improvement of the service and performance byclosely interacting with and advising the customer
- Developing proactively the localmarket of the district
- Defining the localmarket approach to gain new high volumeclients
- Constitution and execution of strategicmarket plans
- Planning and supervising allcommercial activities (both proactive &reactive)
- Relationship management, bothexternally (clients and prospects) and internally (accountmanagement and business development)
Leadership / People Management:Coaching and Development
- Coaching and developing directand indirect reports
- Motivating and challengingdirect and indirect reports to achieve their excellence inexecution (performance management); their peoplemanagement
- Monitoring and evaluating theresults of the branches and the branch managers in line with theirKPIs/objectives/targets
- Ensuring all peoplemanagement processes are carried out in line with the companypolicy
Process Management: Innovation and new services
- Implementation of new tools
- Ensuring the efficient execution of all thecorporate processes and basic concepts within their district/regionin line with the company policy and in compliance with rules andregulations
- Making quantitative and qualitativeplans to support the above
- Monitoring andsteering performance in line with the KPIs of thedistrict/region
Whatyou will need to be successful in this job:
- Entrepreneurialmindset
- Bachelor degree - or similar level byexperience
- At least 5 years experience in asimilar service environment
- Excellentknowledge of English and French or German, additional language isan asset
- High learning agility and eager tocontinuously expand yourknowledge
Contract
- Permanent
- Fulltime(80-100%)
Based: in Switzerland,travelling nationwide required (approx. 60-70%)
