Job Description

A day in your future job:

  • Process stock exchange transactions with a correct application of the bank's tariffs;
  • Ensure that the trading day is closed and accounted for as quickly as possible;
  • Processing of ETD and OTC operations;
  • Process and follow-up on the various suspense items concerning it;
  • Management of the daily cash treasury of Geneva and our subsidiaries in collaboration with the trading desk;
  • Receive, check and reconcile broker confirmations with SmartCore orders and transmits orders and invoices;
  • Entered delivery instructions against payment if necessary and sends confirmation faxes to external clients;
  • Maintain the federal stamp register and report /control balances ; complete the quarterly declaration, forwards it to the FT A and ensure;
  • that payment is made within the required timeframe;
  • Ensure correct reporting of SWX tax and control monthly invoices;
  • Any other duties required consistent with your role.

Qualifications

Your assets to succeed:

  • Minimum a diploma of CFC in banking;
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position;
  • Native French speaker with a good command of English;
  • Specific knowledge of middle office transactions and general banking operations;
  • Good interpersonal skills and team spirit;
  • Trustworthy;
  • Resistance to stress.
