Missions

Le « Middle Officer – Wealth Management» est en charge de la réalisation de traitements & de contrôles liés à la clientèle de la Banque Privée.

Traitement des entrées de fonds, CCP, remises des chèques ; Traitement des titres sans valeur et nominatifs ; Suivi des incidents opérationnels ; Traitement des demandes de documentation KYC ; Ouverture comptes dépositaires titres et correspondants cash ; Contrôles de niveau 2 sur les tâches externalisées (espèces et titres); Traitement des cartes de crédit ; Prêts confirmés et prêts douteux ; Attestations de relations d’affaires ; Lettres d’engagements; Participation aux projets liés aux Opérations.

Compléments

Connaît et respecte les procédures, les directives et les règlements internes ; Assure l’ensemble des contrôles inhérents à son activité ; Identifie et gère les risques liés à la conformité ; Détecte les dysfonctionnements et alerte en respectant le processus normal de remontée des incidents.

Connaissances réglementaires et procédurales :

Connaissance des traitements Back et Middle-Office ; Connaissance des produits financiers (titres et espèces) ; Connaissance des règlementations en matière de conformité ; Connaissance des outils et procédures permettant de maîtriser les risques liés à son activité pour les clients et pour la banque.
