Votre rôle :

Nous recherchons un Support Engineer confimé, dynamique, flexible et motivé pour renforcer notre équipe dans le cadre de nos projets.

Vous êtes en contact direct avec les clients et facilitez de manière proactive la résolution des incidents avec nos ingénieurs et spécialistes. Vous assurez le suivi et le bon fonctionnement opérationnel des solutions que nous mettons en place pour nos clients. Vous participez également au développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités avec nos équipes projets.

Vos compétences et qualités Vous maîtrisez le langage de programmation Java et le framework Spring. Vous avez une expérience avérée avec les systèmes de gestion de base de données (PostgreSQL / SQL Server / Oracle). Une expérience avec les technologies web telles que TypeScript, CSS3, HTML5, Angular ou React est un plus. Vous avez des connaissances sur les outils de gestion du support informatique (ITSM). Vous êtes familier avec Git et les outils d'intégration continue. Vous avez l’habitude de travailler avec des outils de conteneurisation tels que Docker ou Kubernetes. Vous êtes à l’aise avec l’utilisation de Linux à travers un terminal et maîtrisez les outils adaptés pour extraire des logs, gérer des processus ou configurer des applications. Vous maîtrisez l’anglais à l'écrit comme à l’oral ( niveau C1). L’allemand est un atout.
