VOS MISSIONSLe secteur de la santé est en pleine mutation et la Suisse a un retard à rattraper. Des solutions informatiques modernes font partie d'un fournisseur de soins de santé moderne, au même titre que les services médicaux et les soins.
Chez adesso, nous soutenons les principaux prestataires de services de la santé et les fournisseurs de solutions eHealth / mHealth dans leur transformation numérique grâce à notre expertise en matière de processus et d'IT. Aidez-nous avec vos connaissances et vos compétences afin que nous puissions contribuer à préparer le système de santé suisse pour l'avenir.
Vos tâches comprennent :
  • Analyser les exigences des clients dans le domaine IT de la santé
  • Elaboration de spécifications techniques
  • Développer des applications innovantes basées sur les standards eHealth et mHealth courants.
  • Représentation d'adesso dans les associations et les groupes d'intérêt liés à l'eHealth.
  • Soutien dans l'élaboration d'offres
  • Mise en œuvre de prototypes et de preuves de concept
  • Fournir une expertise aux collègues et conseiller les clients sur les questions de eHealth / mHealth
VOTRE PROFIL
  • Diplôme en informatique ou qualification équivalente et au moins 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en analyse, conception et développement.
  • Très bonne connaissance de Java, SOAP, REST ; tout autre langage du même niveau serait un plus.
  • Expérience du développement basé sur des modèles et connaissance des frameworks Java généraux, Java EE et des frameworks web modernes.
  • Connaissance d'Apache Camel, la connaissance d'IPF serait un plus.
  • Expérience avec IHE et les technologies sous-jacentes HL7 et FHIR
  • Connaissance des normes et spécifications telles que Snomed, Loinc et CDA-CH-II
  • Connaissance de l'administration de serveurs dans un environnement Linux
  • Familier avec l'intégration continue et le développement piloté par les tests
  • Compréhension du système de santé suisse et connaissance du dossier patient électronique EPD
  • Anglais, français ou allemand avec des connaissances dans l'autre langue
