For our fast-growing Enterprise Transformation team in Geneva, Lausanne and Zurich, we are looking for a Business Transformation Manager - SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO/MM/SD/PP) (m/f/d)

Be a trustworthy advisor who works with clients to develop innovative solutions to their most challenging business problems leveraging the SAP S/4HANA technology ecosystem Partner with clients in developing the vision and ambition for their business transformation program identifying value drivers, and opportunities to create new business models and improve existing business capabilities Understand current (as-is) and design future (to-be) client value streams cutting across process blocks and technologies, helping clients to excel operationally, generate additional revenues, and improve customer experience Lead the formulation of the business case for change, including quantifying expected costs and benefits, and obtaining the buy-in of client stakeholders Depending on your background and interest, develop in-depth knowledge of one or more functional areas (finance, sales, production, logistics, procurement, etc.) and the related SAP S/4HANA solutions, helping clients optimize their business processes Lead workstreams in SAP S/4HANA implementation programs Oversee the work of and coach junior team members Lead the business development activities including preparing, pitching, and successfully closing proposals for national and international clients for our S/4HANA consulting services
Your profile
Outstanding Masters degree in a renowned University in the field of Information Technology, STEM or Business Administration Work experience in Healthcare, Consumer Products, Retail or Manufacturing Seven or more years of pertinent consulting experience matching the job description in the domains of finance, sales, production, logistics, and/or procurement in a SAP ECC or S/4HANA environment Proven record of managing individuals, teams, and workstreams Ability to skillfully operate at the intersection of culture, strategy, process, and technology S/4HANA certification(s) desired and a strong plus Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and successfully lead business development activities Emotional intelligence to succeed under ambiguity and uncertainty Experience in managing challenging and conflicting situations with calm and humility Curiosity and a strong desire to grow and learn Attention to detail and delivering against high quality standards Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Fluency in English, and French or German is a must (at least C1 level written and spoken)Are you interested in becoming part of our team?
