From the development of complex IT landscapes, the provision and maintenance of hardware and software, right through to the return, reconditioning and remarketing of IT hardware, ALSO offers all services as a one-stop shop. ALSO is represented in 30 European countries and generates total net sales of approximately 11,1 billion euros with around 4 000 employees in the fiscal year 2023.
You will play a vital role in assisting the team of Microsoft. You will enjoy a dynamic and versatile work environment of a successful European market-leading company. Focused on assisting our central Microsoft marketing team to improve the European marketing campaign project management.
Key Accountabilities:
Support the European marketing managers in the planning, execution, and reporting of GTM projects and marketing campaigns for Microsoft. Update and manage the campaign process in Wrike, including creating creative and overseeing the creation of advertising materials in cooperation with the design department. Act as a central stakeholder vis-a-vis European and Local marketing managers, copywriters, designers and automation and performance specialists. Implement translations processes in XTM for local approval. Ensure that local marketing managers and other stakeholders (e.g. ALSO partners for GTM Projects) know each campaign, have approved content, and know what to do for execution and claiming. Track the campaigns performance relative to the established KPIs. Assist with collecting data for the planning and reporting of campaigns, and lead on campaign proof management (fully understand Microsoft guidelines and ensure all those who need to be involved also understand these). Join the marketing manager in operational calls when needed to understand the marketing goals and write meeting minutes entirely. Help with the continuous process optimization of marketing campaigns using new tools. Produce month-end reports including the list of POs worked and timeline for each project or tasks.Your Profile:
You have a degree in communication management, marketing management, Project management or a comparable course of study. You have proven project management experience in digital marketing (preferably in the ICT industry). You have very good written and spoken English and good skills in a second European language. You have excelled user skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point,Teams). You have experience with project management tools (ideally Wirke). You work in a solution-oriented and quality-conscious manner. You have a structured way of working, quick perception and hands-on mentality.You will become part of a fun team that embraces diversity, professionalism, and a good sense of humor.
