Responsibilities:

Trading Settlement Operations: Perform day-to-day duties of trading settlement operations (Bonds, Shares, Structured Products) accurately and efficiently. Add comments in GTMatch regarding failing trades in both the security and cash parts. Regularly contact brokers and different departments such as the Security Master Team, Securities Trading Operations, Treasury Team, Cash Department, and Trading Desk. Set up SWIFT instructions in GTLink when necessary. Create internal and external reports. Chase counterparties regularly on their short sales (at least once a week). Prematch trades on SD-1 with counterparties, amend trades for any discrepancies for unmatched trades to ensure timely settlement and avoid fail fees or possible buy-ins. Set up SSI (Standard Settlement Instructions) in Globus for new brokers. Conduct daily cash and securities reconciliation. Handle collateral instruction SWIFT and booking.

Who we are looking for:

Knowledge and Experience :

Solid understanding of fixed income and equities trade settlement processes for domestic and foreign currencies. Familiarity with depository systems (., Clearstream, Euroclear, DTC, SIX SIS).

Skills:

Ability to work effectively in a team and handle high volumes of activity. Proactive, self-motivated, and possessing a positive learning attitude. Capable of working independently under time pressure. Knowledge of relevant systems (Globus, GTMatch, GTExchange, SWIFT) is advantageous. Proficiency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of another language is advantageous.
