La division Technology & Operations assure la conception et l’intégration d’une grande diversité de solutions informatiques allant des systèmes de gestion de portefeuille aux plateformes de trading en passant par les applications bancaires et les outils de gestion d’entreprise. A l’origine de quelques-unes des plus grandes innovations du Groupe, la division est également responsable du bon fonctionnement opérationnel ainsi que du développement des services de banque dépositaire et d’administration de fonds.
L'équipe Securities Transfer a comme principale responsabilité la gestion des transferts de titres et de parts de fonds en provenance ou en faveur d'une contrepartie jusqu'au règlement final auprès de nos dépositaires et administrateurs.
Votre rôle
Assurer la prise en charge des annonces des dossiers titres à transférer. Assurer la communication et la coordination avec les contreparties, les administrateurs, les gérants et les clients internes du groupe Pictet. Analyser les positions titres à transférer (demande d'enregistrement/«ouverture» des valeurs dans la base de données correspondante, traitement des différents blocages). Facturer le dossier dans nos logiciels bancaires Avaloq et Toms et enrichir les instructions franco paiement. Préparer la réponse au dépositaire et fixer les dates de règlement. Suivre et contrôler la bonne exécution des dossiers et mettre à jour leur statut. Intervenir auprès des contreparties pour les opérations en suspens. Clôturer le dossier et l'archiver. Effectuer des transferts internes de titres et de parts de fonds.
Votre profil
Formation à orientation bancaire / économique de maturité ou équivalent par expérience. Domicile en Suisse requis. 2 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des opérations bancaires. Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels MS Office. Français/anglais (communication écrite et orale aisée). Esprit orienté clients. Excellente maitrise de la gestion des processus et des priorités, précis.
