Brand Communication Specialist

Role :

This role will be pivotal in ensuring consistent and effective communication across all platforms and with all stakeholders. The Brand Communication Specialist will demonstrate responsibility and ownership to achieve best results.

The Brand Communication Specialist will have to focuses on content creation, brand messaging, trade marketing, public relations and internal communication.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop engaging and high-quality content through different communication channels
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all communication platforms
  • Brief, collaborate and collaborate with misc. specialized agencies for creative work and media purchases proposals to roll out validated communication axis
  • Be the depository and warrant of Brand guidelines towards dealers and associates
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align content with marketing campaigns
  • Ensure that all communication materials reflect the brand’s values, voice, and tone
  • Manage the company’s social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers and monitoring social media performance
  • Use existing plans and KPI’s to implement trade marketing strategies to support sales and distribution channels
  • Create and manage trade marketing materials such as brochures, product displays, and promotional items, ensure these are aligned with Honda brand and region.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute trade shows, dealer events, and other B2B marketing activities
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Create and distribute internal newsletters, announcements, and other communication materials
  • Ensure good communication between different departments to align projects successes

 

Qualifications, skills and experience required :

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field OR 3 years of experience in communication, preferably within the automotive or motorcycle industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid experience with Creative agency and Purchase media agencies
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with media contacts and stakeholders
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of the brand’s target audience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Very good level of German
