Strategy Manager (m/w) - Full Time - Winterthur, Switzerland

We are looking for a Strategy Manager (m/w) to join our Chemtech team in Switzerland. In this position you will help us to shape and sharpen our strategic growth plan and support initiatives with focus in the Chemical Engineering Industry.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Sharpen and drive our strategic growth plan together with the Strategy & BD team and divisional management Lead organizational, operational, strategic projects along with business development initiatives Prepare market analysis and recommendations on activities and/or products and proactively derive strategic growth opportunities and initiatives Ensure permanent observation and analysis of the markets by establishing and maintaining sources to market data and tracking global economic trends Identify and facilitate sharing of market intelligence, best practices across various geographies/offices as well as across divisions Other projects in the Strategy & BD field as assignedTo succeed in this role, you will need:
Master or PhD degree in Chemical Engineering / Process Engineering / Sciences Minimum of 5-6 years professional experience preferably in strategic consultancy and / or MBA and / or strategic roles In-depth know-how in market analysis and economic market aspects and application thereof Experience in chemical engineering industry required Fluency in English, other languages are a plusWhat we offer you:
