Project Manager Warranty 

Responsibilities:

Are you ready to join our journey towards a low carbon future for marine applications? We are looking for a project manager who can contribute to drive our warranty projects (engine modifications during warranty period). 

Lead and manage the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) projects including the leading of interdisciplinary project teams Take over the role to be the customer first contact, ensuring customer satisfaction through open and proactive communication Assist with warranty related inspections and troubleshooting onboard the vessel, as well as support with any modifications, if required Cooperate ongoing warranty claims with global and local warranty team Provide remote troubleshooting & technical support to the ship-owner for warranty cases together with WinGD specialists Specify appropriate system components, calculate component quantities, and create detailed bills-of material for material and labour cost estimate Manage changes in the project. Level-appropriate escalation and organization of immediate measures in case of deviations Establish a professional reporting towards customer and WinGD internal including regular follow up meetings Identify, qualify, quantify and manage project risks, and ensure that all possible scenarios have been given relevant consideration Collaborate to budget overall costs and define the required risk management strategy 

Requirements : 

We are looking for an experienced project manager with knowledge of the shipping industry and marine applications and regulations paired with a good understanding of the engineering process for marine engine development.

University degree in (Mechanical) Engineering 5-8 years of fundamental experience in project management PMP (PMI) Project Management Professional) certificate or equivalent is a plus Ability to read and understand technical drawings Passion for results achievement Ability to adapt to a dynamic working environment and work within diverse teams with a pragmatic attitude Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)

Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with others and manage conflict resolution if needed.
