Ihre Hauptaufgaben

Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Organisation der internen Arbeitsabläufe und Prozesse im Produktionsbereich Spritzgiessen und Montage Kontinuierliche und bereichsübergreifende Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse und Optimierung der Abläufe Teilnahme von Optimierungsprojekten im Rahmen von Lean - KVP Schulungsunterlagen erstellen und Schulungen durchführen, mit Unterstützung von Fachexperten Bereitstellen und Optimieren von Fertigungsunterlagen

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung im technischen Bereich sowie abgeschlossene technische Weiterbildung HF Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Produktion, Montage sowie im Spritzgiessen Sie bringen ein hohes Mass an Selbstständigkeit, methodische Herangehensweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Hands-On-Mentalität mit. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B1)
