Pour notre client, une société industrielle basée à proximité de Genève, nous recherchons un/e :
HRBP
En tant que HRBP, vous serez le partenaire privilégié des opérations et des équipes de gestion pour toutes les questions liées aux ressources humaines. Vous serez responsable de fournir des solutions adaptées pour soutenir les employés et promouvoir une culture d'entreprise positive.
Responsabilités :
- Collaborer étroitement avec les opérations et les équipes de gestion pour comprendre leurs besoins en matière de ressources humaines et fournir des conseils et des solutions adaptés.
- Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de vie des employés, y compris le recrutement, l'intégration, la formation, la gestion des performances et le développement professionnel.
- Fournir des conseils et un soutien en matière de conformité aux lois du travail, de politiques internes et de meilleures pratiques en matière de ressources humaines.
- Gérer les relations avec les employés, y compris les problèmes de performance, les conflits et les questions disciplinaires.
- Participer activement à des projets RH transversaux, tels que la gestion du changement, la diversité et l'inclusion, et l'amélioration continue des processus RH.
- Maintenir une connaissance approfondie des tendances et des évolutions du domaine des ressources humaines, et recommander des initiatives pour améliorer l'efficacité et l'engagement des employés.
Profil:
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en tant que HRBP en Suisse, de préférence dans l'industrie.
- Solides compétences en matière de conseil et de soutien aux opérations et aux équipes de gestion dans tous les aspects des ressources humaines.
- Excellente compréhension des lois du travail et des meilleures pratiques en matière de ressources humaines.
- Capacité à gérer des situations complexes et à résoudre des problèmes liés aux ressources humaines de manière efficace et éthique.
- Expérience avérée dans la gestion du cycle de vie des employés, y compris le recrutement, l'intégration, la formation, la gestion des performances et le développement professionnel.
- Connaissance approfondie des tendances et des évolutions du domaine des ressources humaines, et capacité à recommander des initiatives pour améliorer l'efficacité et l'engagement des employés.
- Diplôme universitaire en ressources humaines, en gestion des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Français courant, Anglais: C1
