What will your essential responsibilities include?

Contract management

·Reviewing customer submissions;

·Calculating appropriate risk premium;

·Drawing up insurance solutions tailored to customers’ needs, including editing wordings;

·Conducting risk visits together with brokers and our Risk Consulting team to identify, analyze and evaluate site-specific risks.

Stakeholder management

·Building long-term relationships with customers, brokers and other AXA entities;

·Collaborating across departments such as Underwriting, Claims, Finance and other internal teams;

·Participating and supporting internal strategic projects.

Communication & Negotiation

·Customizing communication (, project updates) appropriate to the audience, ensuring content appeals to the core interests and values of the client and business partners;

·Partnering with the business to determine objectives of negotiation (, additional services, optimal value, favorable contract terms);

·Consulting with other subject matter advisors to ensure that the best interests of AXA XL are represented in negotiations.

Process continuous improvement

·Developing, recommending and championing continuous improvement efforts;

·Staying ahead of industry developments and best practices and making recommendations where applicable;

SHARE your talent

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

·Professional experience in the insurance, or logistics and trading industry, ideally 5 years or more

·Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, efficient and able to work independently by structuring the path forward

·Well-spoken and a communicative, confident and discrete manner towards clients and business partners

·Motivated and solution-oriented personality that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic and high energy environment

·Proficient in standard MS Office tools

·Linguistic proficiency in German and English and/or French
