Vous assurerez la gestion des stocks, l’approvisionnement des équipes techniques, et veillerez au bon déroulement de la chaîne logistique pour optimiser les délais d’installation et garantir la satisfaction des clients.
Votre champ d'action :
- Gestion des stocks & approvisionnement
- Inventaire : réalisation et suivi des inventaires réguliers pour garantir une disponibilité optimale des produits.
- Suivi des commandes : passer des commandes auprès des fournisseurs en fonction des besoins des projets et de la maintenance.
- Gestion des retours : organiser et traiter les retours de matériel défectueux ou non utilisé.
- Documentation : tenir à jour les documents administratifs (bons de commande, bons de livraison, factures fournisseurs, etc.).
- Coordination : collaboration étroite avec les équipes techniques, les chefs de projet et les fournisseurs pour anticiper les besoins matériels et ajuster les approvisionnements en fonction de l’avancement des projets.
- Support : vous gérez aussi les besoins internes pour les équipes techniques (outillage, uniformes, flottes, etc.

En outre, nous recherchons un profil doté des qualités suivantes :
- Faire preuve d'une grande rigueur dans la gestion des stocks et des approvisionnements.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques : expérience dans l’utilisation de logiciels de gestion des stocks et maîtrise d'excel.
- Compréhension des systèmes de sécurité électronique (vidéosurveillance, contrôle d'accès, intrusion) serait un atout.
- Bénéficie d'une expérience en gestion des flux et planification.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle et à anticiper les besoins.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à maintenir des relations solides avec les fournisseurs et les équipes internes.
- Bénéficie d'une expérience d'au moins 2 ans dans un poste similaire et dans un domaine technique (magasinier, logisticien, ou gestionnaire de stock).
- Maîtrise de l'anglais (B1 minimum)
