Job Title: Microsoft Exchange Infrastructure Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Exchange Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Lombard Odier. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a secure and reliable Microsoft Exchange On-Premise and Cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and implement messaging systems that meet the organization's communication requirements
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand communication needs and design solutions aligned with the organization's goals and security standards
* Select and configure Exchange systems, routing protocols, Outlook clients, archives, and journaling
* Administer, support, and improve email SMTP routing gateways platforms
* Maintain project documentation and write deliverables
* Engage with peers from various teams to integrate existing infrastructure and applications
* Liaise with the Service Desk team to identify and resolve issues related to the scope of intervention
* Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure maximum adoption and utilization
* Provide prompt and efficient technical support to resolve user issues and inquiries

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in a similar function
* Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 skills, including design, administration, and configuration
* Good understanding of ProofPoint mail security services
* Good understanding of Microsoft Entra ID & Active Directory for user management and security
* Experience in development and scripting, utilizing PowerShell, Graph API, and other tools for automation
* Ability to conduct projects, tasks, and troubleshooting independently with precision
* Good communication skills for effective interactions with team members and stakeholders
* Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite for various tasks
* Languages: French and English (written and spoken)
