Für ein stark aufstrebendes Finanzdienstleistungsunternehmen mit Sitz im Raum St. Gallen, suchen wir im Zuge der Wachstumsstrategie einen unternehmerisch denkenden und kommunikationsstarken 

Financial Controller auf Senior-Level (m/w/d)Hauptaufgaben: Als zentraler Bestandteil des Teams sind Sie im Rahmen der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse sowohl für die Erstellung als auch die Analyse und das Reporting der Ergebnisse verantwortlich. Sie bereiten periodische Managementberichte für die Geschäftsleitung auf und entwickeln diese kontinuierlich weiter. Darüber hinaus erstellen Sie Finanzprognosen und begleiten den CFO bei Finanzierungs- sowie Budgetierungsprozessen. Weiter unterstützen Sie das Business Development Team mit essenziellen Finanzinformationen, analysieren die Rentabilität der Geschäftsberichte der einzelnen Unternehmen sowie auf Konzernebene und bereiten zugleich Adhoc-Analysen sowie Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Geschäftsleitung vor.

Anforderungen: Unser Wunschkandidat verfügt über ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, kombiniert mit einer Weiterbildung im Bereich Rechnungslegung & Controlling. Sie weisen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling auf und besitzen somit das nötige Know-how, um das bestehende Controlling weiter auszubauen. Zudem sind Sie IT-affin und beherrschen insbesondere den Umgang mit Excel. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
