You'll have the opportunity to expand your horizons and thrive in ways you never imagined.The Associate Director of Legal Entity Reporting plays a crucial role in the GPS Controllers team, supporting GPS Legal Entity financial planning, analysis, and reporting.This role involves collaborating with various GPS teams and the corporate finance function to streamline processes, drive standardization, and contribute to the financial reporting goals of BMS.The individual will be involved in various activities related to statutory reporting and legal entity processes, including:
- Global Process Owner for Financial Flow Governance
- Legal Entity Reporting for US Companies related to GPS activities
- Establishing and implementing standardized processes for global statutory and legal entity reporting
- Supporting the Global Logistic organization for US import/export and international customer management
- Collaborating with the Tax Leadership Team to implement strategic vision for Companywide Financial Flows
- Leading the Overall Financial Flow Governance Steering Committee in collaboration with GPS Finance and Tax SLT
- Coordinating with Tax for Specific US compliance Tax requests
- Providing financial support and controls for the US Customer Services Group
- GPS Senior business and finance leaders
- GO Teams, Strategic Product Lead and Launches Team
- GPS Global Supply Chain
- Senior Leaders in Corporate Tax, Treasury and Corporate financial reporting
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred and / or CA/CPA equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience
- Experience in Large Multinational Companies with international exposure
- Experience in team management
- Finance experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Track record of Legal Entity Reporting and Transfer Pricing preferred
- Expertise in multiple accounting standards
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Adaptability and change management abilities
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to foster collaboration with senior leaders
- Proficiency in SAP and Hyperion related software
