• Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
• Promoting additional products (financial and pension, healthcare services) of AXA
• Acquiring new customers (using modern and digital tools and existing AXA internal processes)

Your Skills and Talents

• Completed apprenticeship and work experience in the service sector or ideally in the insurance industry
• Professionals and newcomers with a proven track record are welcome
• Local roots are essential
• Confident presence and good articulation skills
• Winning and resilient personality combined with a high customer & service orientation
• High level of independence and flexibility
• Fluent in written and spoken German, additional languages are a plus
• Enthusiasm for modern and up-to-date digital tools
