Was Sie erwartet:

 Mitarbeit bei der Einführung und Implementierung des neuen ERP-Systems Definition und Abstimmung von Rollen und Berechtigungen von QM in fachbereichsübergreifenden Prozessen Begleiten, Vorbereiten und Durchführen von fachbereichsübergreifenden Prozesstests Erarbeiten und Definieren von Stamm- und Basisdaten inklusive Änderungen Vorbereiten und Überprüfen von Datenmigrationen Abstimmen, Verfolgen und Abarbeiten der „offenen Punkte Liste“ mit den Fachbereichen, IT und dem System-Anbieter Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Schulungen für den Bereich QM Erstellen von Handbüchern und Schulungsunterlagen für die Endanwender

Was Sie mitbringen:

 Sie verfügen über einen technischen Studienabschluss oder eine technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker o.Ä. Sie arbeiten gerne eigenverantwortlich und verfügen über eine rasche Auffassungsgabe Es fällt Ihnen leicht in Prozessen zu denken und prozessorientiert zu arbeiten Sie verfügen über die notwendige IT-Affinität und haben idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in der Einführung eines ERP-Systems sammeln können Sie behalten den Überblick über das große Ganze und arbeiten strukturiert und vorausschauend Sie beweisen Kommunikationsstärke in deutscher und englischer Sprache Sie sind ein engagierter und verantwortungsbewusster Teamplayer
