Le rôle du "MANUFACTURING SUPPORT" est de fournir le soutien direct en amont et la documentation continue requise pour les activités de fabrication.

Le "MANUFACTURING SUPPORT" aidera à la fois dans les activités IVS et IVP.

**Votre mission**
Les activités comprendront:

- Activités de support de fabrication
- Assurer la conformité des flux mis en œuvre pour coordonner les activités de support
- Suivre les lots de fabrication planifiés et produits
- Veiller à ce que les bonnes pratiques de documentation soient appliquées
- Reconnaître la documentation liée à la conformité réglementaire
- Coordonner les opérations avec d'autres départements tels que l'assurance qualité, le contrôle qualité et la chaîne d'approvisionnement
- Ouvrir des CAPA/NC pour les écarts par rapport aux procédures FDA/ISO ou internes

**Votre profil**

ACTIVITÉS ET RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES:

- Gérer le flux de documents de fabrication et de développement (préparation de la documentation selon les prérequis, remplissage et impression, archivage ou transfert à la revue finale de l'assurance qualité)
- Assurer les activités satellites de fabrication et soutenir l'équipe de fabrication dans le support opérationnel quotidien
- Participer à l'examen et à la disponibilité des documents en amont de la fabrication (nomenclature, matériel ERP, matériel MES, documents de processus, etc.)
- Participer aux examens des dossiers de lots de production, coordonner les corrections avec les techniciens et transférer la documentation à l'assurance qualité, en respectant les délais
- Participer à des forums et réunions clés pour assurer la continuité de la fabrication
- Signaler tout écart en suivant le processus CAPA
- Suivre nos procédures standard de qualité
- Réaliser les transactions associées dans le système de planification des ressources de l'entreprise (ERP)
- Participer à des ateliers liés à l'audit ou à la résolution de problèmes
- Soutenir les membres de l'équipe dans le test de solutions d'amélioration pour une fabrication améliorée
- Soutenir le contrôle des modifications et les protocoles de validation liés aux zones de fabrication
- Recommander des modifications aux normes et processus de production pour obtenir la meilleure qualité et les meilleures interactions entre les départements.
- Effectuer toute autre tâche demandée raisonnablement par l'entreprise de temps en temps.
- Exécuter toutes les tâches en conformité avec les Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (GMP), les Bonnes Pratiques de Documentation (GDP) et les exigences réglementaires appropriées.

Diplôme en industrie/Qualité CFC et 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans l'industrie pharmaceutique ou médicale de pointe

HES en industrie/Qualité/mécanique ou sciences de la vie

Expérience professionnelle pertinente dans les industries pharmaceutiques, biotechnologiques, vaccinales ou de pointe
Expérience dans une organisation industrielle et un secteur de pointe

Connaît et respecte les instructions de travail dans un environnement contrôlé. Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
Capacité à gérer la pression et les délais serrés.
Souplesse face à la planification dynamique et aux demandes de dernière minute
Proactif et engagé dans le travail d'équipe
Ponctuel, agile et responsable
Bonne compétences rédactionnelles
Collaboratif, autonome, fort en communication et sensibilité culturelle internationale
Français courant Anglais : lecture, écriture Compétent en anglais
