Ihr Beitrag:- Weiterentwicklung des PM-Frameworks der SNB (Methoden, Vorgehensmodell/e, Governance und Rollen, sowie Hilfsmittel und Systeme) in Koordination mit dem Projektportfolio-Officer und den dezentralen Fachstellen / Ansprechpartnern;
- Beratung und Begleitung der Linie und der Projekte;
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Sensibilisierungs-, Befähigungs- und Verankerungsmassnahmen inkl. Ausbau des Erfahrungsaustausches;
- Bereitstellung von Instrumenten, Prozessen und Daten für ein wirkungsvolles Projektcontrolling und Schaffung von Voraussetzungen für eine angemessene Anwendung;
- Leitung oder Mitarbeit in Projekten (insb. rund um die PM- und Controlling-Fachgebiete).
- Betriebswirtschaftlicher oder technischer Hochschulabschluss (ETH/Uni/FH);
- Mehrjährige fundierte Erfahrung als Projekt- oder Programm-Manager in grösseren Organisationen und idealerweise als Coach;
- Ausgewiesene Kompetenz in agilen und traditionellen Methoden (idealerweise mit Zertifizierung) als auch in der Gestaltung und Moderation von Workshops;
- Gute Kenntnisse der einschlägigen IT-Instrumente des Projektmanagements (Jira, Confluence, PM-Softwarelösungen, SAP und MS Office);
- Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten gepaart mit einem sicheren Auftreten, hoher Beratungskompetenz und Überzeugungsfähigkeit;
- Eigeninitiative, gute analytische / konzeptionelle und redaktionelle Fähigkeiten mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch sowie verhandlungssichere Kommunikation (mündlich und schriftlich) auf Deutsch oder Französisch; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
