About us

Aritec New Materials Group AG is a Swiss-based group, with global leading
technologies on synthetic based fibres( Aramid, Carbon, Basalt etc).

We are expanding rapidely in different key segements.

For our headquater in Luzere, less than a hour from Zurich, we are looking for several seasoned and expereinced professionals.

We offer great industrialised proudct, leading technolgies, cutting edge solotions.

You MUST be a professional from the

Rope or Telecom industries,

ideally you have solide technical background, and extended network.

You will be dealing mostly with large groups in Europe and USA.

Tasks
  • Establishing long-term customer relationships with a focus on "Value Selling Proposal"
  • Acquisition, support and consulting of potential and existing customers
  • Elaboration and promotion of our proposals
  • Provide ongoing and proactive support to customers in collaboration with R&D department on project development, quality improvements and commercial contract negotiations
  • Assist with legal discussions and pricing agreements for management approval
  • Establish and regularly review annual sales goals and long-term forecasts
Requirements
  • You MUST have professional experience in the field of top level Materials business, ideally synthetic fibre, roping or telecom industries
  • You have successful experience in developing a sales force with new product technologies
  • You have ideally a technical degree from a renown university.
  • You are an open, outgoing and proactive personality and can work under pressure
  • You are results and goal oriented and have a structured way of working and a networked way of thinking
  • You have a high degree of self-motivation, independently and you are customer-oriented
  • You have a strong will to succeed and a high level of commitment
  • You integrate well into a team
  • You can work efficiently and independently
  • Language skills: English professional level, in written and spoken, German or French fluent preferred, other language is a plus

Aritec New Materials Group AG is a Swiss company that develops, designs, manufactures and refines synthetic fibers for industrial applications.

Our technologies and products can be used for a large range of industrial applications, where they replace steel wire ropes. The key advantages are: low weight, corrosive free, longer lifespan, digital monitoring and whole system costs reduction. We also customize our products to respond to your unique needs.

From research and development through production and after sales support, our company creates state of the art products in our own factories. We currently have two production plants in China. Additional plants in Europe and North America are in advance planification. 

Aritec New Materials Group AG is a 100% independent, privately owned group, with zero leverage. Currently, more than 90% of ultimate Beneficial Owners and Shareholders are Swiss and European.
