Aufgaben- Entwicklung und Implementierung von digitalen Archivierungslösungen gemäß den Unternehmensrichtlinien
- Verwaltung und Pflege von elektronischen Archiven, einschließlich Metadatenmanagement
- Sicherstellung der Datensicherheit und -integrität in Bezug auf archivierte Informationen
- Beratung und Schulung von Mitarbeitern hinsichtlich digitaler Archivierungsprozesse und -best practices
- Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Optimierung der digitalen Archivierungssysteme zur Gewährleistung effizienter Datenverwaltung
- Erfahrung in der digitalen Archivierung und Verwaltung von elektronischen Dokumenten
- Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Archivierungssystemen und -technologien
- Fähigkeit zur Organisation und Strukturierung von umfangreichen Datenbeständen
- Analytische Denkweise und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten im Umgang mit archivarischen Herausforderungen
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung zur Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen
