About the Role

As the Casualty Digital Transformation Specialist, you help defining and drive the execution of the strategic innovation agenda for the Casualty Department globally. You will therefore significantly support the execution of the overall strategic direction of CorSo and you will have the freedom to identify, recommend and build alternative, potentially radical solutions to concrete business challenges that have the potential to create lasting competitive advantages.

Key responsibilities

You work with the Casualty management team to define their innovation strategy including the associated tech platform, data, process and people strategy You translate the Casualty strategy into concrete digital innovation opportunities, including the exploration and building of new business models You filter, prioritize and assess the potential of these opportunities (in terms of measurable benefits), assess investment needs and actively propose the launch of new initiatives You are leading various key projects for the Casualty Department and hence verify that expected benefits will be achieved You engage with Platform Product Owners, Technology Leads, Business Process Managers, Business Architecture and the Data Office on the end-to-end consistency of system, process and information architecture You will setup relevant cross-functional implementation teams and provide them with a strategic roadmap and verify successful execution You lead the respective change management and roll out efforts

About the Team

We are offering an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of the "Property and Casualty Digital Transformation Team", which is part of CorSo's "Innovation & Transformation" unit (CITO), whose vision is to transform commercial insurance and reimagine customer experience through innovative use of data and technology, empowerment and enablement of our people, and co-creation of innovative solutions with our customers and partners.

Essentials:

Deep understanding of the insurance industry and technology and ability to develop innovative solutions that address market needs and drive business growth Ability to define a clear vision and strategy as well as mobilizing teams to achieve goals Track record of successfully designing and delivering business technology transformation Drive to steer multiple initiatives at the same time

Nice to haves:

Experience in an agile operating model A strong background in business and service design and/or business consulting is a plus
