As we grow, we are seeking a Conversion Champion - an experienced digital marketing specialist who can carry our vision forward and make a substantial impact on the world of active living. We are looking for someone to help us realize our mission to create a more active world.

YOUR IMPACT

• Developing and implementing creative performance marketing campaigns to increase app registrations and optimize user acquisition costs.
• Manage and optimize app marketing campaigns across various channels, including app store optimization (ASO), paid advertising, social media, and email marketing.
• Conduct keyword research, optimize app store listings, and experiment with creative assets to improve app visibility and conversion rates
• Analyze user behavior, engagement metrics, and in-app analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and user retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics, to align marketing efforts with app development and user experience enhancements
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in mobile app marketing and digital performance marketing

• Digital Marketing: You have experience in digital marketing, with a focus on app marketing and user acquisition.
• Analytics: You bring strong analytical skills and ability to interpret app performance data to drive actionable insights. You are familiar with mobile app analytics tools and app attribution platforms
• Start-Up Mentality: You embody not only professional qualifications, but also the company’s culture with an agile, entrepreneurial start-up mentality
• Collaboration: Ability to work cross functional with Product, Partnerships, Marketing and external agencies.
• Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively and ensure campaigns are delivered on-time and within budget
• Sports and Fitness: Understand the needs and interests of the target audience in the sports and fitness sector
• Strategic & Creative Thinking: Linking the business model with the marketing strategy and developing long-term growth strategies, as well as creative thinking and problem-solving
