Your Role With UsAs Senior Product Manager Acquisition, you'll:
Proactive Product Development Leadership: Take the lead in product development with a special focus on enhancing user acquisition and conversion. Collaborate closely with engineering and UX teams to transform strategic visions into actionable, high-conversion product solutions. Manage the hypothesis backlog with a prioritization on features that enhance CRO, and maintain a laser focus on high-impact initiatives.
Strategic Trio Collaboration: Play a crucial role in the product team, ensuring a seamless blend of strategy, design, and technology with a lens on acquisition. Your partnership with the Engineering Manager and UX Designer will be vital in crafting products that not only deliver outstanding user experiences but also excel in market penetration and conversion.
Data-Driven Acquisition Focus: Champion the hypothesis backlog with an acute focus on validating and iterating product ideas based on conversion metrics, user feedback, and market data. Steer the product development process by setting clear objectives for user acquisition, making data-informed decisions, and adapting strategies promptly to optimize conversion rates.
Marketing Integration and Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to integrate marketing tools and tracking mechanisms into the product. Share insights and collaborate on strategies that enhance user acquisition and retention through effective use of marketing technology and CRO practices.
Technical and Architectural Coordination: Align with the Engineering Manager to tackle technical challenges, ensuring that product solutions are not only innovative but also optimized for maximum conversion potential.

A seasoned product manager with demonstrated expertise in driving product initiatives focused on user acquisition and conversion in a dynamic team setting.
Proficient in hypothesis-driven development with a robust capability to prioritize, test, and refine initiatives centered on conversion rate optimization.
An effective communicator and collaborator, adept at engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels to cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous enhancement.
