Vous êtes responsable de la supervision et de la réalisation du montage des systèmes chez les clients en Europe et dans le monde. Votre rôle inclut la mise en service des systèmes, la formation des utilisateurs, et la coordination des équipes techniques sur site.
Montage et Mise en Service:Superviser et participer au montage des systèmes chez les clients.Assurer la mise en service et les tests de fonctionnement des systèmes installés.Coordination de Projet:Coordonner les activités de montage sur site, en collaboration avec les équipes techniques locales et le personnel interneGérer les chantiers qui peuvent durer jusqu'à 2 mois à l'étranger sans retour en Suisse.Formation des Utilisateurs:Former les clients et les utilisateurs finaux à l'utilisation et à la maintenance des systèmes aéroponiques.Fournir un support technique initial post-installation.Collaboration Interne:Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes pour préparer et planifier les installations.Participer aux réunions de projet pour s'assurer que toutes les exigences techniques sont respectées.
Gestion de la Logistique:Assurer la gestion et la coordination des expéditions de matériel vers les sites d'installation.Veiller à ce que tous les outils et équipements nécessaires soient disponibles sur le chantier.
PROFIL ATTENDU:
- Formation: Diplôme dans le domaine mécanique, automation, électromécanique ou équivalent.
- Expérience: Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en tant que superviseur technique ou monteur-metteur au point, idéalement dans le secteur de l'agriculture, de l'horticulture ou de la construction industrielle.
- Compétences Techniques: Connaissance des systèmes de contrôle et d'automatisation, compétences en montage et maintenance de systèmes techniques complexes.
- Compétences Linguistiques: Anglais obligatoire; la maîtrise d'une autre langue européenne est un atout.
- Mobilité: Disponibilité pour des déplacements fréquents et des séjours prolongés à l'étranger (jusqu'à 50% du temps).
