Aufgaben
Sie legen Budget- und Forecast-Kosten in SAP ERP für alle Aufträge an und pflegen die Daten im Bühler Project Management Cockpit. Sie übernehmen die Währungsabsicherung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Corporate Treasury. Sie stellen ein genaues Projektkostencontrolling auf lokaler und konsolidierter Ebene sicher, insbesondere durch die Analyse und Diskussion der Projektentwicklung. Sie übernehmen das Strukturkosten-Controlling in enger Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Kostenstellenverantwortlichen. Sie arbeiten in den Planungsprozessen (Mittelfristplanung, Budget, Rolling Forecast) in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Regionen mit. Sie sind aktiv an der Durchführung des Monatsabschlusses unserer Business Area beteiligt. Sie führen Kostenabweichungsanalysen durch und entwickeln Maßnahmen zur Optimierung von Kosten und Einnahmen. Sie übernehmen die periodische Berichterstattung, erstellen Standard- und Ad-hoc-Analysen und entwickeln die Prozesse weiter. Sie haben eine betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HF/FH/Universität) oder eine Fachausbildung im Controlling abgeschlossen. Sie haben mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling und/oder Rechnungswesen. Sie haben Freude an betriebswirtschaftlichen und finanziellen Fragestellungen. Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel. Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von SAP ERP. Sie haben gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Sie besitzen ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamfähigkeit. Sie zeigen hohe Eigeninitiative sowie ausgeprägte Ziel- und Lösungsorientierung.
