Function Controller

For our Group Controlling Team in Uzwil we are looking for a Function Controller, that is supporting the functions (main focus HR) in all finance and controlling related topics.

Tasks
- Central point of contact for all finance and controlling related questions of the functional departments and link between the function and the finance community
- Lead of the month end closing process of HR including analyses of the HR KPIs, target/actual variances and preparation of the reporting to the management
- Supporting the function in the annual cost center budgeting as well as monthly monitoring and communication with the cost center managers
- Leads global annual FTE and personnel expense budgeting process
- HR groundwork in the areas of reporting, controlling and key figures and coordination with the finance community
- Supporting the HR team in improving and automating HR processes
- Implementation, collaboration and support in operational and strategic projects and ad hoc analyses

Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or similar
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Controlling
- Excellent skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English (spoken + written)
- Passionate personality with an independent and proactive working style
- Highly analytical, structured and equipped with networked thinking
- Team player with good communication and networking skills
- Passionate with a high level of commitment and flexibility

Preferred qualifications
- Experience in HR Controlling
- User knowledge of SAP S/4, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Analytics, Power BI and Excel VBA
- German and further languages are an advantage
