During your mission, and reporting to the Group Internal Communication Manager, you will:

  • Support the New Workplace communication & change activities to help engage with our 1600 employees based in Mex:
- Create excitement around the new offices moving forward, as we are modernizing our workplace in Mex.
- Implement the change and communication plan defined by the Steering Committee
- Collect and coordinate feedback from the teams
- Ensure the quality of communication to make the New Workplace project a success
  • Develop various communication activities and create content including internal events, mini-conferences, videos, feature intranet news
  • Coordinate other project internal communications activities
  • Participate in our Swiss Employer Branding communication plan, supporting the Talent Acquisition team


What will make you successful:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Well organized
  • Fluent in English and French is a must (written & spoken)
  • Fully IT literate (MS Office)
  • Capacity to write internal communications
  • Skilled in video producing

Education and languages:

  • Ongoing or completed College or University studies
  • Fluency in English and French

The production site of Mex, near Lausanne in Switzerland, is also the headquarters of the Bobst Group. It is the most important site, employing approx. 1500 passionate people.
It also trains each year roughly 200 apprentices. The site offers an idyllic work environment. In the countryside and close to major highways, it is also well served by public transport. It offers many amenities, such as a corporate restaurant, sports fields, a fitness and a nursery. The facilities have been recently renovated and represent a model for sustainable development.
