Reporting to Analytical Development Lab Manager inthe Global Analytical Development organization, this rolerepresents an opportunity to significantly contribute to thestartup of high-tech analytical laboratories, by supporting thedevelopment and implementation of automated high throughoutanalytical assay to support therapeutics proteins processdevelopment.

Your key responsibilities in thisrole are:

  • Contribute to thedevelopment of new end to end robotic routine analytical methodsintegrating the BDC robotic community.
  • Executeand code script on Tecan Fluent liquid handler for samplepreparation.
  • Be involved as an early user fornewly developed end-to-end scripts, enhancing their functionalityand user-friendliness for routine analysis.
  • Function as an intermediary between routineanalytical technicians and robotics experts to support methoddevelopment.
  • Contribute to design experiment,review data and analytical documentation in the frame of methodperformance evaluation in collaboration with scientists.
  • Perform tabulation and statistical analyses ofstudy data, as required.
  • You will participateto the design, planning and execution of assigneddevelopment-related experiments using existing or investigationalprocedures.
  • You will apply principles ofquality by design (QbD) and of Good Laboratories Practices (GxP).

Functie-eisen
  • You have a CFC or bachelor's degree inanalytical chemistry, biotechnology or robotics related subject.
  • Strong knowledge of liquid handler or roboticsystems
  • Knowledge of Tecan liquid handler is aplus.
  • Knowledge of Thermo Fisher Momentum is aplus.
  • Knowledge of Python or other scriptinglanguage is a plus
  • You have good oral andwritten understanding skills in English.
  • Youhave rigorous attention to detail.
  • You have ahigh degree of self-motivation, commitment, reliability andflexibility.
