A l’origine de quelques-unes des plus grandes innovations du Groupe, la division est également responsable du bon fonctionnement opérationnel ainsi que du développement des services de banque dépositaire et d’administration de fonds.
L’équipe Cash & Collateral Management gère l’ensemble des processus opérationnels en lien avec la consolidation des balances des comptes nostri et l’échange de collatéral pour la couverture des expositions aux produits dérivés.
Votre aptitude à promouvoir l’amélioration continue des processus et la qualité du service offert joueront un rôle clé au sein de l’équipe.
Votre rôle
Suivre et consolider les positions cash nostri auprès des différents correspondants du groupe Pictet en vue de les communiquer à l’équipe en charge des placements financiers. Comptabiliser et assurer le suivi «post-trade» pour les dépôts fiduciaires et les fonds monétaires. Contrôler les opérations de marge (initiale et de variation) effectuées en lien avec des produits dérivés ETD pour la clientèle interne. Vérifier et valider les appels de marge des chambres de compensation et des courtiers agents de compensation pour les produits dérivés ETD et OTC compensés. Gérer les contacts avec les contreparties dans le cadre du suivi et de la gestion du collatéral OTC (comparaison et validation des expositions) pour la Banque et les clients (mandat de collatéral), et procéder aux échanges de cash/titres nécessaires. Contrôler les opérations de distribution du collatéral pour les clients ayant prêté des titres (securities lending). Suivre les dossiers (retours de fonds, autorisations de débit, etc.) et les processus d’exception ou de contrôle (via les outils Fircosoft, Jira).
Your profile
CFC de commerce/banque ou titre jugé équivalent. Expérience de 3 ans au minimum dans le domaine bancaire. Pratique en lien avec les dérivés et la gestion du collatéral souhaitée. Excellente capacité à gérer les priorités et le stress. Capacité à suivre les procédures et les directives. Connaissance du logiciel bancaire Avaloq; Calypso et Fircosoft: un plus. Maîtrise des applications de la suite MS Office. De langue maternelle française, maîtrise de l’anglais. Domicile en Suisse requis.Autonome et sachant faire preuve de disponibilité ainsi que de flexibilité, vous possédez un esprit curieux et témoignez d’une véritable volonté d’apprendre. Votre rigueur, votre précision et vos facultés d’adaptation seront tout autant appréciées que votre véritable esprit d’équipe et votre volonté d’assurer la satisfaction du client.
