Overview

How You’ll Make an Impact

You dispatch customer complaints and requests related to our immuno-hematology products You organize on-site, on-line and external product courses You prepare department statistics for weekly and monthly boards You participate in the creation of regular customer communications You guide apprentices in their learnings Organize tasks around quality documents

What You Bring

You are very customer-focused and have excellent communication skills You can express yourself in a brief and comprehensible way, are organized and can be patient yet persistent You have a flair for numbers and have good Microsoft Excel reporting skills You have experience training apprentices or are willing to follow the relevant training sessions You have excellent English skills in writing as well as speaking and a minimum of CEFR C1 level of both German and French Having worked in a customer support environment would be a plus Salesforce knowledge would be an advantage
