ADDETTO/A CONTROLLO QUALITA'

 

Requisiti:

 

  • diploma tecnico o simili
  • consolidata esperienza nel controllo qualità dimensionale e visivo maturata nel settore orologiero, requisito indispensabile 
  • capacità visive ed abitudine a lavorare con la lente anche per un periodo prolungato
  • capacità di leggere un disegno tecnico e di seguire una procedura di controllo
  • esperienza con strumentazione di misura e microscopi ottici (Vertex, Bruker o simili) è considerata un plus
  • padronanza nella manipolazione di componenti di alta gamma per l'orologeria 
  • indispensabile una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • padronanza nell'utilizzo di programmi Office e SAP B1 o simili è considerata un plus.

 

Responsabilità:

 

 Il candidato/a rispondendo all'Head of Production, si occuperà delle seguenti mansioni:

 

  • controllo qualità estetica con lente e ad occhio nudo e controllo visivo sistematico al microscopio 
  • controllo qualità dimensionale al micron: misurazione di spessore con interferometro e calibri, esecuzione di misure dimensionali con microscopi ottici e laser
  • assemblaggio componenti in vetro
  • pulizia finale di ogni dispositivo prima di posizionarlo nel packaging primario
  • preparazione del packaging primario, applicazione delle relative etichette di identificazione 
  • preparazione del packaging secondario
  • compilazione di checklist, foglio di viaggio e segnalazione di ogni eventuale non conformità all'ingegnere di processo

 

Orario di lavoro: 50/60% (con possibilità di aumento)

 

Inserimento previsto: contratto a tempo indeterminato, assunzione diretta da parte dell'azienda.
