Support the Head of Private Banking Support LatAm in respect of the following processes:

- Pre-approval of client account opening/review/update/closing
- Monitor progress of compliance periodic revies, handling of transaction monitoring alerts and reviews, follow-ups, sanctions related alerts
- Advise CROs/CSOs in ex-ante control matters and enhance the control framework over the very diverse activities
- Pre-approval of payments, credits
- Support the business in day-to-day activities
- Liaise with Regional PB COO Italy&Switzerland on all matters related to the booking center
- Work with colleagues in the appropriate functional areas to improve the service quality delivered to our clients and staff, improve the efficiency and productivity of the PB operation in the LatAm region

Position Tasks
- Account onboarding process (review of and comment on Client Information Profiles, account opening, reviews, updates)
- Approval of transfers (funds, cash, securities) and overrides
- Assessment and approval of sanctions related transactions
- Link between First and Second Line of Defense
- Various ad-hoc projects where PB management is involved.
