Votre mission :
Accompagner la transformation axée sur les données. Gérer et maintenir efficacement les bases de données définies en assurant la précision, la cohérence et la sécurité des données. Analyser les besoins en données, développer et mettre en place des solutions pour améliorer la gestion des informations. Identifier, référencer et monitorer les règles de gouvernance des données à tous les niveaux du département. Identifier et mettre en œuvre des pratiques efficaces de gestion des données en tant que ressource stratégique. Collaborer avec les services de l'hôpital afin d’assurer l'intégration des données entre les différentes bases de données (ERP, GMAO, etc.) et l’interopérabilité des systèmes. Participer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de stratégies d'amélioration de processus. Former les utilisateurs quant aux bonnes pratiques et introduire une culture de la donnée à tous les niveaux du département. Participer et réaliser des audits internes.Votre profil :
Champion-ne des données, vous amenez la révolution numérique et transformez le fonctionnement de l’entreprise guidé par la data. Expérience dans un poste similaire de 5 ans dans un milieu industriel Maîtrise des outils de gestion de bases de données Maîtrise du français avec de bonnes connaissances de l’allemand Bonne compréhension des processus de la chaîne d'approvisionnement (Supply Chain) Capacité d’analyse et d’interprétation des données, autonomie de travail, prise d’initiatives Aptitude à communiquer et à animer des groupes de projets pluridisciplinaires à tous les niveaux de l'organisation Proactivité, mode de pensée analytique développéEntrée en fonction : de suite ou à convenir

Aufgaben
Sie begleiten die datenbezogene Transformation. Sie verwalten die designierten Datenbanken effizient und halten sie auf dem neuesten Stand, wobei Sie die Genauigkeit, die Kohärenz und die Sicherheit der Daten gewährleisten. Sie analysieren den Datenbedarf, entwickeln Lösungen für die Verbesserung des Informationsmanagements und setzen diese um. Sie ermitteln, dokumentieren und überwachen die Regeln für die Daten-Governance auf allen Ebenen des Departements. Sie ermitteln wirksame Datenmanagement-Praktiken als strategische Ressource und setzen diese um. Sie arbeiten mit den Spitalabteilungen zusammen, um die Integration der Daten in den verschiedenen Datenbanken (ERP, CMMS etc.) und die Interoperabilität der Systeme zu gewährleisten. Sie wirken an der Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Verbesserung der Prozesse mit. Sie schulen die Nutzerinnen und Nutzer in guter Praxis und bauen auf allen Ebenen des Departements eine Datenkultur auf. Sie führen interne Audits durch bzw. beteiligen sich daran.Profil
Sie haben ein Flair für Daten und sind Motor der digitalen Revolution. Sie verändern die datenbezogene Funktionsweise der Organisation.5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion in der Industrie Beherrschen der Tools im Bereich Datenbank-Management Französisch mit guten Deutschkenntnissen Gutes Verständnis der Prozesse entlang der gesamten Lieferkette Fähigkeit, Daten zu analysieren und zu interpretieren, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Eigeninitiative Kommunikationsgeschick und Fähigkeit zur Leitung von interdisziplinären Projektgruppen auf allen Organisationsebenen Proaktives Handeln, ausgeprägtes vernetztes Denken
