We are looking for a Controlling Manager in our Geneva based office.

**Key activities**:

- Organization and coordination of the budgeting process with budget owners
- Preparation of monthly reporting and analysis of variances
- Monthly Sales reporting per zone including the Sellout data
- Participation in cash forecasting and hedging process
- Update and continuous improvement of our ERP (Business Central)
- Support and submission of dashboard, including Finance KPI's
- Collaborate to the rollout of the ERP in our 3 subsidiaries (France, UK, US)
- Manage projects linked to business optimisation and data collection automatisation
- Elaborate together with the CFO the 5 year business plan

**Technical Competencies**:

- Graduate education (university or HES) in finance, or Federal certificate/Diploma in Finance and Controlling.
- Strong knowledge in creating and analyzing financial statistics and accounting.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiar with data reporting tool is a plus
- Excellent English and French skills: strong proficiency in both verbal and written.
- Good knowledge of an ERP Business Central
- Has a creative and agile mindset - be resourceful to deliver results.
- Demonstrate ownership - be solution-oriented.
- Show respect and trust - cooperate & listen to other’s opinions.
- Proactive, ready to take initiatives, and work independently.
- Organized, disciplined but still flexible in managing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and able to work in a multi-country and multilingual
