Card Fraud Specialist, 100%

Your role :

Are you service-oriented and looking for a varied job in a dynamic environment? Do you have an investigative mind? As a Card Fraud Specialist, you are responsible for handling card and ATM offences at a leading bank in Zurich. More specifically:

• Settle claims and disputed transactions for a leading bank in Zurich's debit cards for all clients and external parties

• Handle customer complaints that are not part of the operational business, taking into account the company's principles and regulatory requirements

• Document all cases and secure evidence

• Process internal or external requests in connection with card and ATM offences independently, efficiently and effectively

• Support internal units with investigations, research or analysis, manage documentation processes, monitor tasks and interact with external stakeholders such as customers, public authorities, courts and/or legal representatives

Your team :

Your expertise :

• Banking education / background

• Good understanding of card products

• Client oriented

• Work independently and accurately

• Can quickly grasp complex situations

• Commitment, high reliability and resilient for work under time pressure

• Language capabilities – German and French: fluently spoken and written , Italian and English desired
