About this opportunity
You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our brands across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Your focus will be on meticulously planning and optimizing digital campaigns to enhance our relationships with customers, patients, and potential audiences. This involves ideating, strategically planning, and efficiently coordinating digital campaigns, ensuring a seamless experience for Invisalign and iTero customers through omnichannel communication. In this role, you will… Become a strategic partner to channel teams to ideate, plan and coordinate the execution of impactful digital campaigns across the AE region to drive business growth Coordinate and collaborate with teams across marketing to build and deploy omnichannel marketing campaigns across AE Provide guidance on best practices, governance, and industry and customer trends Understand customer mindset, behaviors, and barriers to conversion, adoption, and utilization and develop plans on how we can optimize our marketing strategies Own and run the Integrated Communication Planning process Consult on strategic marketing plans to bring in expert knowledge from the start Collaborate to develop detailed digital marketing and comms plans Develop performance metrics plans for every campaign, and report on them Work cross-functionally across the marketing organization and other teams to orchestrate impactful, timely and targeted marketing communications across relevant channels Establish our brand presence across multiple digital touch points, in particular email, social media, website, and SMS/WhatsApp, with responsibility for converting the communication assets in digital format and coordinate the support of marketing operations team and agencies Develop procedures for the efficient implementation of marketing campaigns In this role, you’ll need … A Bachelor's degree best in a related field of study Hands-on team player attitude combined with strategic thinking and agility Solid experience in establishing CRM strategies and ecosystems 5-7 years of experience in developing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns Experience in bridging marketing requirements with IT development Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is crucial International background, experience of deploying solutions to markets with different maturity Leadership skills Business proficiency in English; proficiency in Spanish and any other European languages is a plus This is a temporary contract for a materinity cover.-
