Today, Lindt &Sprüngli produces quality chocolates at its 12 factories in Europe and the USA. Its products are sold by 32 subsidiaries and regional offices, in around 500 of its own shops as well as via a network of more than 100 independent distributors around the globe and with more than 14,000 employees.
WHAT WE OFFER:24 months global training in 3 different Lindt & Sprüngli subsidiaries to gain holistic marketing experience from global to local market roles.
Two Lindt & Sprüngli markets (2x8 months) – international location to be confirmed International Marketing role (8 months) – location Kilchberg/ headquarters (Switzerland, Zurich) The 8 months experience in our headquarter in Kilchberg, Switzerland, will give to the graduates the opportunity to see the Global Marketing strategies of our Brand alongside with our international approach to consumer intelligence and digital. A great chance to see how the global guidelines are transferred to the local markets.
The graduates will spend the remaining 16 months in 2 of our subsidiaries, where they will see the implementation of a marketing plan, from the choice of the portfolio, to the execution of the pricing strategy and of the activation plan. They will have the opportunity to collaborate with our R&D departments in transforming trends and ideas into a real chocolate innovation.
DURING THE PROGRAM YOU WILL GAIN VALUABLE EXPERIENCE IN: Working for a world-renowned company, with premium quality products in a very interesting industry Marketing strategies, advertising, communication nourishing the brand equity Concept, product and packaging development New product development Market research, generating consumer insights, consumer data analysis Upon successful completion of the program, we aim to offer a job in the area of marketing in one of our worldwide operating companies within the Lindt & Sprüngli Group.
WHAT YOU CAN OFFER: University degree in Marketing or Business Administration from a leading university Extra curriculum activities and experience in Marketing (such as internships, student competitions, etc.) International exposure within FMCG Strong analytical, conceptual and strategic thinker Entrepreneurial mindset, results oriented, high ownership and drive for excellence in execution creativity and proactive attitude Strong learning agility Effective communication skills and Team player Comfortable in an international environment and geographically mobile and flexible Digital, MS Office and IT experienced Excellent command of English is a must; any additional language is an asset You can benefit from a challenging start into your professional career in a dynamic and international environment.
