Votre mission :
- Assurer le soutien administratif à l’équipe des ventes, répondre aux appels téléphoniques et aux emails.
- Saisir les commandes et gérer les dossiers clients dans l’ERP, supervisant l’ensemble du processus de la réception de la commande jusqu’à l’expédition et la facturation.
- Organiser les expéditions en collaboration avec notre service des expéditions via la Poste, DHL, UPS ou autres.
- Coordonner avec d’autres départements tels que la finance et la logistique pour assurer un traitement fluide des commandes.
- Suivre et mettre à jour les bases de données ERP et CRM.
- Surveiller et mettre à jour notre inventaire VMI.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe qualité pour traiter les réclamations de nos clients.
- Effectuer le reporting (Forecast, Booking, OTD, suivi des commandes clients).
Votre profil :
- Formation commerciale CFC ou tout autre titre jugé équivalent.
- Expérience dans un rôle de support aux ventes.
- Excellente maîtrise de MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
- Forte expérience avec les systèmes ERP.
- Bonne connaissance des incoterms et des processus d’exportation.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant écrite que verbale.
- Capacité à prioriser les taches et à travailler efficacement sous pression.
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe.
- Proactivité et volonté à prendre des initiatives.
- Très bonne maîtrise de l’anglais (niveau B2 minimum).
